Orders and Shipping

Due to increasing interest in our offers in the last months it normally takes up to 7-14days to receive your order. Sometimes, when we run very low on stock, it may even take up to 30days. If this is the case for you, please reach out to us and you’ll receive a coupon code for your next order.

Please stay with us as we’re building our distribution center in California and will soon be able to provide much better shipping times.

Once the order is dispatched, you cannot change your shipping address! Often this will be a few hours after ordering, so please hurry if there’s any problem and send us a message.

Your credit card information will not be kept on file.

We normally prepay sales tax but their might be some special regulations in your state.

At this time we ship worldwide. If it’s possible to ship to your country, then we probably do so. If there are any problems with your shipping, we will reach out to you.

We try to combine as many of your ordered items into one package as possible. However, due to different warehouses storing the items, it’s sometimes not possible to do so and you’ll receive multiple packages. We hope you understand this.

Returns and Exchanges

If the items are damaged when receiving them, you’ll be offered a full refund by us. Depending on the item you may need to return it at our cost.

If you are not happy with your new items, you may return them to us within 30 days for free.

If you received the wrong item, make sure that you’ve not accidentally put in the wrong order. In every case, you should contact us so we can arrange a return & refund or re-ship the correct item.

If you received a damaged item, please make sure to take pictures/videos of the damaged package and the damaged product before using it. Then contact us with these images and we will arrange a refund or re-ship your items. However, you wish.

Often your order will be processed in the next hours and then it’ll be too late to change it. We will do what we can, but we cannot make promises, after reaching out too late. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Most of the time your order will be processed a few hours after you finished it.
